Meet our Associate Project Managers: Mitch Weideman
For Mitch Weideman, the best part of the job is the flexibility that comes with balancing time in the field and the office. He enjoys having the best of both worlds, whether he’s meeting with landowners, managing project details, or coordinating next steps to keep projects moving forward.
Success in this role requires strong organization and the ability to prioritize projects one day and one week at a time. Mitch knows that adaptability is just as important, as a single phone call can completely change a carefully planned schedule. Staying flexible and focused allows him to respond to challenges while continuing to meet project goals.
Outside of JCG, Mitch enjoys spending weekends outdoors with his family. Whether it's soaking up the sun, spending time near the water, or simply enjoying the outdoors together, family time is his favorite way to recharge.
One saying Mitch often lives by is the classic, “That’s not goin’ anywhere,” especially when securing something and making sure it’s done right.
