Last of the painting is done. Kitchen cabinets, as well as all of the doors and trim on the first floor, have received their final coat. Time to put everything back together and get started on the final touches!

Getting a bit closer. 1st floor Primer done. 2nd floor painting is complete. Ready to start the trim work throughout the house. BUT 1st a MASSIVE CLEAN is in order.

Forgot to post this last Saturday. Textured the 2nd floor ceilings. Doing a “knock-Down“ to hide some of the imperfections. Will texture the wall’s Tuesday. Starting to put this house back together. The fun part!!!

Big Update!! Drywall is almost finished! Mudding has been a tiring process but nearly there. Hopefully wrapping that up in a couple of days with texture and paint to follow!

Weekly Update!! Framing is almost done. A few more windows to knock out and a couple other pieces here and there. Drywall will be going up soon as the rebuild starts to take off. Enjoy!!

Time to start putting this ole house back together.

Weekly Updated!! Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC finishing up fast.... should all be done at the end up the week. Drywall will be following close behind!

Time lapse of framing being put in for the new ceiling in the kitchen. It's a tad lower than the original, but will be well worth it once new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical is all ran.

Weekly Update! Framing goes fast! Lots of progress made on the second floor as the new bathrooms get planned out. Lots of work being done with HVAC as well. Rapidly approaching plumbing and electrical!

Happy Framing Friday! Construction has officially begun in the kitchen. The floor is now fully supported and finished as framing goes up for the new laundry/bath.
