I ended my month the best way possible. Congrats to my client Doniel for closing on his first home. I was able to negotiate over $5000 in seller credits and a New AC unit for him! We overcame obstacle after obstacle to achieve this goal, but everything worked out in the end.

Last week I had to pleasure of helping my client’s Steven and Meredith complete their move across country from Arizona all the way to New Albany. Big shoutout to Kristen Kirsch for sending these two my way. Not only did they get a new house during the process, they also had a new addition to their family.
