🚚 Another way I’m making your move a little easier! 🏡❤️

Buying or selling a home comes with enough expenses—and moving is definitely one of them. That’s why I wanted to offer something a little different for my clients.

✨ My clients have access to my moving truck to help with their move!

Krista had a little fun giving the truck a virtual makeover in this photo 😂, so no, it doesn’t actually look quite this fancy in person…YET…but the help it provides is VERY real!

And because I know moving days don’t always go according to plan, I’ve even thought about a Plan B. If the box truck happens to be unavailable when you need it, we also have a truck and pull-behind trailer that may be available as a backup.

To me, being your Realtor is about more than putting a sign in the yard, opening doors, writing an offer, or showing up at the closing table. It’s about looking for ways to make the entire experience a little easier—from the first conversation all the way through moving day.

Sometimes that means negotiating, solving problems and making phone calls.

And sometimes…it means helping you move your couch. 😂🚚

Some things mean more than people will ever realize. ❤️

Alex and Lindsey gave me this card while I was helping them move into their new home, and I know there will be days in the future when I pull it back out and read it again.

Real estate isn’t always easy. Even the best transactions can have bumps along the way. Once lenders, inspectors, appraisers, underwriters, title companies and other professionals become involved, there are a lot of moving parts — and a Realtor can’t control every decision or every outcome.

What I can do is advise my clients, advocate for them, communicate honestly, help solve problems and guide them through whatever comes next.

And Alex and Lindsey made that partnership so easy.

They communicated. They listened to advice. They stayed in touch with their lender and handled the things that were asked of them. They asked questions when they needed to. And when we hit a bump, we worked through it together.

That’s the kind of relationship that makes this career worth it.

And somewhere along the way, I didn’t just get to know Alex and Lindsey. I got to know Camilla and Annie — and, of course, Molly, their sweet Golden Retriever. 🐾❤️

Their verbal thank-yous throughout the process were already more than enough. They certainly didn’t need to give me a gift card, and they didn’t need to sit down and write this beautiful note.

But they did.

And this card is going somewhere safe, because someday I’m going to have a hard day, a hard transaction or a situation I simply can’t fix no matter how badly I want to — and I’m going to need the reminder that this is why I do what I do.

One of my favorite things about our community? The little places you discover when you take the time to look. ❤️

I headed out today planning to try a new local coffee spot and ended up discovering something completely different — several small businesses sharing space inside a building.

Of course, I had to stop, look around, meet some people and ask if I could share a little of what I found. 😊

Supporting local means supporting all of our community; our Square, our tucked-away shops, our new businesses, and the places you may have driven past a hundred times without realizing what was inside.

I think I may need to make a habit of finding more of these hidden local gems. ❤️

🏡❤️ SOLD & HOME! ❤️🏡

Some closings mean a little more.

After months of twists, turns, changes of plans, inspections, appraisals, paperwork, waiting, worrying and a whole lot of praying… Alex, Lindsey, Camilla, Annie, and Molly are HOME! 🔑🏡

I had the privilege of helping this sweet family not only sell their home, but navigate the journey to finding the place where their next chapter will begin. And let me tell you—this one kept us ALL on our toes! 😂

There were moments when the path changed completely and moments when we simply had to trust that the right home would work out at the right time.

And it did. ❤️

I got to sit beside Alex and Lindsey as they signed those final papers and officially became homeowners of the place their family will now call home.

But one of my favorite parts of this entire journey has been watching their girls get excited about their new rooms, their new adventures and all the memories this family is about to make together. That is the part of real estate I love most. It isn’t really about houses.

It’s about people. It’s about families. It’s about HOME and the new forever friendships you create.
