Part time or full time hours are available.
Job responsibilities include:
Basic carpentry
Painting walls and trim
Hang drywall
Fixing things that break at the houses
When renters move out, empty trash into dumpsters
Cut grass every other week at properties
Kill weeds, trim bushes as needed
Clean out gutters
Run errands to get things at Home Depot and similar stores
Clean houses and apartments to get them ready for new renters
Take signs and lockboxes to houses
Let potential buyers in houses to see if they want to rent them
Assist Sean Fore with what projects he determines are priorities for the day
Must have:
A cell phone and must immediately answer phone calls and texts
Drivers license
Your own transportation to job sites
