A great real estate match came together at 4766 Dierker Road #8! 🏡🔑

I’m excited to share that this Upper Arlington condo is officially UNDER CONTRACT, representing both my sellers and my buyers!

For my sellers, this is one step closer to their next chapter. For my buyers, it means finding a home that checked the right boxes, from first-floor living and two bedrooms to two full baths, a two-car garage, private patio, full basement, and Upper Arlington Schools.

What made this one especially rewarding was being able to understand what both sides needed and bring the right opportunity together.

I’m seeing another sign that Columbus continues to have strong local housing demand. 📣

New Zillow Research shows that the share of Columbus rental searches coming from local renters increased 3.2 percentage points year over year.

To me, that matters because it suggests more people who already live in the Columbus area are choosing to stay local when they look for their next place.

Columbus continues to get noticed by people outside the area. 👀

According to new Zillow Research, 40.8% of Columbus rental page views come from people outside the Columbus metro.

That stands out to me because rental searches can sometimes be an early indicator of where people are considering their next move.
