❓Did you know... sometime crossing finish line means waiting on USDA underwriting. Underwriting a loan is the crucial, behind-the-scenes evaluation process where lenders assess the risk of lending to a borrower by reviewing their income, assets, debt, and credit history. It verifies if a borrower can afford the loan and determines the final approval, interest rates, and loan terms. This process occurs throughout the closing process and final loan approval must come from the USDA underwriters, which can take time.

We were able to get through underwriting and get closed a week early. 💫
