Update: Water has been restored to all buildings!

Update: The City of Columbus is onsite and has restored water to the area with the exception of 4 resident buildings.

They are continuing to work on the issue, and we'll update everyone when water service is restored to the remaining 4 buildings.

Residents: It appears that the city of Columbus has a broken water main that is affecting parts of New Albany, including The Gramercy.

As we learn more, we'll share updates on Facebook and email all residents. Thanks for your patience!

The Gramercy New Albany Community Garden Update:

The irrigation system is complete and planting boxes will be installed soon. We had a great meeting with our resident garden committee on Wednesday, and we can't wait to visit Franklin Park Conservatory in April to get more inspiration!

We're making exciting progress on our Community Garden at The Gramercy New Albany! The soil has been delivered, and soon we'll be ready to install the planting boxes. Once the weather warms up, we'll be moving right along with irrigation and a few final details. Stay tuned for more updates!
