We have been working hard this month painting and preparing 128 W Main St. for our new tenant, Courtney, owner of The Mercantile New Albany opening this Fall. We have been fortunate to have had two previous female tenants with retail stores, Anne with Ravens Roost now located on Market St New Albany and Brandy with Vintage Style and Design located on Bardstown Rd, Louisville who have care for and loved the building as much as we do.

The space above Seeds is now ready for a new tenant. We have been busy remodeling adding a new break room and windows. The commercial space is 2250 sq ft, with a big open room 37' x 40', a large break room or office, and 2 additional smaller rooms. Lots of natural light with a skylight and 7 windows.
