After spending more than a year trending downward, mortgage rates have started moving back up again. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

The reality is, rates may not come down significantly until inflation eases and some of todayโ€™s global uncertainty settles down โ€” and no one can say for sure when that will happen. ๐ŸŒŽ

In a recent survey, 68% of Veterans didnโ€™t know they may be able to buy a home with zero money down. 77% didnโ€™t know PMI isnโ€™t always required. ๐Ÿ’ก
