As we experience freezing temperatures, it is important to keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees at all times of the day and night. This helps prevent pipes freezing and bursting in your apartment. If you will be out of town for an extended period of time, we strongly recommend the following:
1. Keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees
2. Open cabinet doors to expose your drainpipes
3. Allow your faucets to slowly drip with the drain open

We are accepting food and coat donations throughout November. Donate non-perishable food items and/or your old coats in the leasing office. Donated items will be brought to the local food pantry and shelters to help those in our community.

*Food items must be unopened, not expired, and non-perishable. Coats cannot have holes or tears in them and must zip/button.
