Big Banks are not your friend.

The obscene amount of money spent on marketing is why so many use them.

Not because they offer better loan terms.

Suddenly that “free” offer does not feel so free.

I think most of us have experienced something like that. Every time it happens it builds another layer of skepticism around words like “free” or “no cost”.

So I get why anyone would hesitate when they hear me say that the VA Loan Advocacy service I offer comes at absolutely no charge to the Veteran.

Slimy sales tactics have conditioned us to expect the ‘catch’.

A Veteran I referred to Tennessee just closed on his home today.
