A nice, simple graph showing the relationship between the Fed Rate and Mortgage Rates. There are correlations but not a direct 1:1 causation. Mortgage rates are volatile and change every day.

No body likes it when things don’t go smoothly but it’s definitely a great experience when things can go Exactly As Planned!

I had the pleasure of selling my renovated condo to a wonderful Buyer who then allowed me to list her home in order to make the move work.

She loved the condo so she could move closer to loved ones and she did a wonderful job at being coachable to prepare her listing.

We were able to negotiate an additional $12,500 to her Net Proceeds and have Inspections Waived Entirely! So she was thrilled!!

And all the timelines went quicker than expected so she was able to close and move with plenty of time to settle in for the holidays!!
