Humbled and blessed every day to get to do what we love for a living. Lately it seems these questions have been asked several times a week or more.
Why do you put yourself through all this stuff every day?
How do you stay so positive and in a good mood?
The short answer, we simply are people persons. We love helping people. People like you reading this is our business. Just so happens to be our people need help with real estate, and that's our specialty.
Our job isn't really even about real state for us most days. We feel our number one job is to help lift the bulk of the stress off people during the buying and selling process of things that can't be controlled. Things happen during these transactions that are out of ours and our client’s control. Heck most of the time it's out of the other sides of the transactions control as well. The process isn't always easy and navigating it by yourself is overwhelming to say the least. Most think realtors just drive nice cars, eat good meals, turn keys, and collect checks. If you know us, we are way more than those stereotypical statements.
Working with us we help make a game plan for what helps you best. You are the one in charge, we just help you navigate all things that come up during these contracts. It's not easy, otherwise there wouldn't be a need for people like us. That's why we have a 90%+ repeat client and/or referrals from those clients most years. We don't "Buy" leads like most of our competitors. We let our past work fill our daily calendars instead. Could we meet more people doing the buy method, sure. But would our natural flow of business be affected because of buying them, absolutely. You are worth our one-on-one personal touch that we provide.
Thank you all for making these 11 years seem like they flew by. We know our founding father Steve Kehrer is smiling down where we are today and especially happy where we are headed. Stay tuned for a "growing" team announcement soon. If you could share this post if you agree with our team standards, that would be great as well. Afterall, you the people are our business.
