What a crazy busy week!! One house headed towards closing 🏠, one negotiating inspection results 🤞, one short sale offer submitted 🖋, and a listing coming in a few days!! 📷✨️

And many more in the pipeline... what started as a quiet summer has turned into a crazy August of houses and traveling! 🤯⚖️🍀☀️

Ya'll... this is wild! $8.5 million selling price. Called the Longaberger Basket in Newark, OH. Did you even know this existed??

Seems like a good deal for 180,000 square feet!
