Full time experienced apartment maintenance person for apartment community in New Baltimore, MI.

All applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Maintenance should know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. HVAC certified helpful. Must live within 10-15 minutes from property.
