Spring & Summer have entered the real estate arena at the same time and it's beginning to look a little crazy out there...crazy good! I am working on assisting some amazing buyers right now who need homes, so this Monday Market Update is specifically for my sellers this time!

COVID-19 is still here but the real estate market never stopped and with that came a huge shortage in homes for sale; something we were already struggling with prior to the pandemic. But to give you a snapshot, of the 263 homes sold between my last update and today (5/18/20-6/8/20) 50 sold for 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘! St. Clair Shores had 𝟏𝟏, Roseville 𝟒, Eastpointe 𝟓, Warren 𝟗, etc. My point is this could be you but you haven't called me yet!

Ok to recap, there were 𝟐𝟔𝟑 homes sold in Macomb county between 𝟓/𝟏𝟖/𝟐𝟎-𝟔/𝟖/𝟐𝟎 with an average sales price of $𝟐𝟏𝟓,𝟐𝟔𝟔 and on the market for an average of 𝟒𝟓 days.
