🏡 South Coast MA & Rhode Island Market Update

Here’s what buyers and sellers should know:

📍 Bristol County inventory is up about 19%, and homes are taking longer to sell—creating more negotiating opportunities.

📍 Prices are still holding. Massachusetts single-family prices increased 2.9% year over year.

📍 Rhode Island remains competitive with only 2.7 months of inventory and a $525,000 median single-family price.

📉 Mortgage rates dipped slightly to 6.65%, but shopping lenders and negotiating seller credits can make a bigger difference.

Bottom line: Buyers have more choices, but well-priced homes are still moving.
