If you're sick of feeling controlled by the looming fear of your rent going up with little to no notice, it's time to get creative!! 🎨 When you own a home, you really don't have to live with the fear of your mortgage randomly going up, at least not dramatically (city taxes or home insurance can fluctuate slightly).
