The Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) has released the “NEW INCOME LIMITS FOR 2025” as of today, April 1, 2025 (No Joke!)

HUD groups a number of towns in what is referred to as Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas (SMSA).

We have listed some of the SMSA and towns within the SMSA that may affect some of our clients. We have prepared a chart below highlighting some of the communities where we have developments with their new income limits.

Affordable Housing Opportunity in Grafton, MA:
A private developer, Fisherville Terrace, LLC and officials of the Town of Grafton have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Grafton. The development is situated on approximately 25-acres of land off of 119 Main Street in Grafton.

The next section of this development consists of 5 duplex buildings containing 10 units. There will be 4 units designated as affordable. The initial sales price is $238,600 for the affordable units and the estimated Condominium Association fee will be $95 monthly.

The homes that will be built will have 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a garage. The new homes will range from 1,850 square feet to 2,350 square feet. It is estimated that the total monthly cost of your mortgage payment including Principal, Interest, Real Estate Taxes, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Hazard Insurance and a Homeowners Association fee of $95 will be approximately $2,139.
