DON’T LET THE INTEREST RATE MAKE THE ENTIRE DECISION. 🏘️📈

The market is changing. Homes may sit longer, buyers may feel more hesitant, and higher rates can make people question whether now is the right time.

But as an investor, I’m looking at the WHOLE DEAL.

👉🏼 How much equity is there?
👉🏼 What’s the potential cash flow?
👉🏼 Do the numbers still make sense at today’s rate?
👉🏼 Is there an opportunity to refinance later if rates improve?

‼️ If a property can still produce around $1,000/month in cash flow after the relevant expenses, that can be meaningful — regardless of what the headlines are saying.

💭 Real estate is a LONG-TERM GAME. Focus on the numbers, understand the risks, and make sure the deal makes sense for your situation.
