The floors aren’t all the same… but they’re in great condition.

👉🏼 No issues

‼️ I could spend another $6K-$7K replacing them and charge top-of-market rent… but I’d rather keep the rent lower and pass those savings onto the tenant.

📈 Sometimes every renovation doesn’t make financial sense.

💭 A lot of buyers think the only way to win is to offer the most money. That’s not always true.

👉🏼 We weren’t the highest offer
👉🏼 There were multiple offers on the table
👉🏼 But we had the strongest terms

This one is CRAZY to think about.
