“I had heard about John Rocco and team from a friend and decided to go with him. He showed up early and didn't waste any time getting started with the inspection. I showed up 5 minutes early and he was already out back. I jumped right in and he was clearly knowledgeable and was able to point out things I wasn't able to catch on 2 visits to this house. Unfortunately, I had to leave early but with the detail in the report that he sent to me; it was as if I was there for the whole thing. Also, all inspectors have their limitations especially when the current owner has clutter and personal items that could impede on certain aspects but overall Mr. Rocco was exceptional.”
