“John Rocco was friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. His meticulous inspection gave me piece of mind with my home purchase. Additionally, he found numerous discrepancies with the roof that will be addressed by the Builder that I wouldn't have found along with explaining everything along the way. If you have any doubts as to whether you need an inspector for a brand new construction, I'm here to tell say you should. Pillar To Post was my only call due to previous home purchases. “I had heard about John Rocco and team from a friend and decided to go with him. He showed up early and didn't waste any time getting started with the inspection. I showed up 5 minutes early and he was already out back. I jumped right in and he was clearly knowledgeable and was able to point out things I wasn't able to catch on 2 visits to this house. Unfortunately, I had to leave early but with the detail in the report that he sent to me; it was as if I was there for the whole thing. Also, all inspectors have their limitations especially when the current owner has clutter and personal items that could impede on certain aspects but overall Mr. Rocco was exceptional.”

It’s clear you take a lot of pride in your work. Your professionalism, organization, and depth of knowledge really stood out. You approached everything methodically and didn’t overlook anything—from structural components to mechanical systems—which is exactly what someone in my position needs.
