Apple Hill Estates is getting closer 👀🏡
It’s been pretty cool watching this go from a piece of land to an actual subdivision. There’s a lot that goes into getting to this point that most people never really see, so having the road in, the lots finished and everything starting to come together is a pretty exciting milestone.
And now comes the fun part… homes should start going up soon!
We do still have a limited number of lots available, starting at $159,900.
Apple Hill is a small 8-lot subdivision in Muskego that gives you a little more of that open/rural feel without being far away from everything Muskego has to offer. The lots have municipal sewer and water, multiple exposure options, and plenty of flexibility to build something that actually fits what you’re looking for.
And you definitely don’t need to have the whole building process figured out before reaching out. Whether you already have a floor plan saved on your phone or you’re starting with “I think we want to build, but have no idea where to start” — we can help with all of it.
