One of the biggest priorities when designing THE SUITES was making sure our tenants felt safe while still having the flexibility to run their business on their own schedule.

That’s why we implemented the ButterflyMX access system.

During normal business hours, the building remains open and welcoming for clients. After hours, the building automatically locks, while still allowing tenants and their clients access through secure entry codes.

Happy to officially announce that THE SUITES has received its occupancy permit and we are finally OPEN. 🙌

This project has tested me in ways I honestly never expected. Between city approvals, contractor scheduling, plan revisions, delays, and problem after problem, there were definitely moments where it felt like we’d never get here.

But seeing the vision finally come to life — and now having tenants move in — makes every stressful day worth it.

THE SUITES was built to give beauty and wellness professionals a modern, private space to grow their business, create their own schedule, and build something for themselves.

Our Apple Hill Subdivision in Muskego is (finally) paved! 🛣️🙌

Not gonna lie — the 10 inches of rain we got in April caused a bunch of delays and extra hurdles, but it feels really good to finally have pavement down and be able to move on to the next steps. 😅✅

Apple Hill is our 8-lot subdivision in prime Muskego — on the outskirts of the city, but still 5–6 minutes from everything you need.

A few quick notes:

Then the right offer came in — one the seller wasn’t willing to pass up — and now we’re officially under contract. 🙌
