He then joined the work force in life as an architectural designer and draftsman for a general contracting firm specializing in custom residential and light commercial again reiterating the necessity of

“Teamwork”. His career included serving 6 years on the Board of Directors for a local Home Builders Association with two terms as President. Extensive experience in City/County Government Growth and Planning initiatives along with, multiple fund raising events with School and Community donations was beneficial in understanding the local market trends. These lessons in life lead to his 30 plus year career in the real estate industry. Developing a unique skill set encompassing land development, design, construction and sales provides Lynn with a broad spectrum of understanding the many facets of Real Estate . Specializing in meeting the needs of clients through communication, quality contract negotiations, completing projects on time and within budget, proved to be worthy assets. Not only working closely with buyers and sellers but actually including them as a “Team” player became a very successful formula. The creation of a “Team” certainly starts with a buyer or seller and a Broker that is fully versed in the current real estate market, but that is only the beginning. Lynn’s education included the completion of both Kaplan’s Real Estate school in Colorado and Roy Faron’s Real Estate school in North Carolina. Additionally, after attending Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minnesota, he graduated from National Property Inspections in Oklahoma. This education has provided him with a very wide range of knowledge and a fantastic benefit for the real estate profession.
