Put the word out. If anyone I know is moving whether it be a PCS, new job, downsizing the nest, yada yada yada. Let me know. I can help find you a realtor. It’s called a referral.

What’s a referral? A referral is an agreement between two realtors for providing a client to either or. Example: I practice real estate in North Carolina. I have a client that is moving from North Carolina to Indiana. Instead of my client having to go through the process of finding a realtor in Indiana. I say…I got you fam, let me put in touch with Megan Judson-Realtor. Just one less thing you have to worry about while moving.
