Let’s talk about a unique market in ENC. ➡️ This is a snapshot of the market in Pamlico County, NC. The area encompasses a more rural part of ENC, just east of New Bern. Swipe to see a map of the county in red.
What’s so special about this area? While some properties are riverfront, much of this area is country living. So what does this mean? Bigger properties in a rural setting can potentially sit on the market longer as we look for a more niche buyer.
