Roland New Homes I was born and raised in New Braunfels, TX. Unfortunately, my passion just wasn't there. Nevertheless, God had better things in-store for me. God is good!

I am a Community Sales Manager for Perry Homes, providing expert guidance throughout the New Home Sales process with the #1 Privately Owned Home Builder in the US! After graduating from New Braunfels High School, I attended Texas Tech University, where I studied Exercise Sports Science and Nutrition. Although, fitness and sports are a huge part of my life and who I am, post college I started my professional career as an Insurance Agent, with Bankers Life and Casualty. As I settled into my career as an Insurance Agent, I grew an interest in investing and I shortly became a Financial Advisor. Thinking that a change of scenery would help me find my groove, I transferred from the Bankers Life and Casualty's Lubbock office to their San Antonio office, so I could move back to New Braunfels. Within a year from making the move back home, I left my career as a Financial Advisor, I met my wife, Kelsey, and I found my true passion in Real Estate. Kelsey and I are blessed to have our roots firmly planted here in New Braunfels, where we get to raise our two children, Norah and Duke. Professionally, for almost the past 10 years, I've worked as a Builder New Home Sales Counselor, all throughout the San Antonio / New Braunfels / Austin areas, and in 2021 I made a smooth transition into General Real Estate, as a REALTOR. Now, I say my true passion is Real Estate, but, in all honesty, it's just a conduit to God's purpose for me in serving, educating and inspiring others.
