How fun is this going to be? 💙

✨REMINDER!!!!✨
SAS is having FREE microchipping for the remainder of June in preparations for the 4th of July. We want to make sure that if your pet gets out due to the fireworks, they have identification on them in the form of a microchip. That way, your pet can get returned to you swiftly and safely! ❤ This is the last week of Free Microchipping!

We are closed and funded on this gorgeous new construction home 🎉 My client got enough of paying rent and decided she was ready to invest 🏡.

We found her the perfect home nice and close to Creekside with paid closing costs, a 5.45% interest rate, and we negotiated about 5k off of the purchase price ✅. Y’all, I keep saying it but get these deals while they are hot 🔥

Who’s ready!?

Here's something to cheers about: We're only 2 weeks away from opening!👏

We'll see y'all on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
