What do you like least about the lending process?

Before I became a loan officer, I have to say it was communication! My clients would put an app in and I often didn't hear a peep until we got clear-to-close or denial.

As a loan officer, I feel communication is key. Often communication. I update my REALTOR partners and their clients often and throughout the entire process.

Sometimes I miss playing with the truck in 4WD out on the ROW, around the equipment and the operators. But same time it sure is nice to be home every night and be able to haul a load to the dump for fiends/clients for the remodel theory getting started.
