The benefits are huge right now in this economy. They’re priced competitively, huge interest rate advantages & more like…

✨Built to current building codes and safety standards.
✨More energy-efficient, reducing monthly operating costs.
✨Smart home technology is sometimes included or built to accommodate it easier.
✨Opportunity to build equity as the surrounding community develops.
✨Financing incentives from builders can make monthly payments more affordable than expected.

Texas Hill Country tip: Many new communities in areas like New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Boerne, and even San Antonio are offering huge incentives as builders compete for buyers. It’s often possible to negotiate rate buydowns, closing costs, or skip the build process & choose an inventory home. (Ask me what that means!)

One final tip for buyers: Always bring your own REALTOR®. The builder’s sales consultant represents the builder, while I represent your interests and can help negotiate incentives, review contracts, and guide you through inspections at no additional cost to you.
