Texas passed over 800 new laws that go into effect today covering so many issues.
A few of the highlights include raising the to***co purchase age from 18 to 21, tougher restrictions on telemarketers, and it is now illegal to send unsolicited nudes!

The laws include new rules for smokers, telemarketers and kids selling lemonade.

Today’s Townie Tuesday brings us to the locally owned Rhea’s Ice Cream! We LOVE this place! They have wonderful exotic flavors (and normal flavors for you lame-o’s) plus vegan options.
If you can’t decide what flavor, they have a flight of four to try and once you’re hooked they have frequent flyer cards for families like mine who can’t get enough!
