Found this gem on a brand new build this morning. Make sure you’re getting your inspections in, new or old!

Don’t forget about getting your warranty inspections done! Just because a house is less than a year old, doesn’t mean it won’t have deficiencies. This particular 1 year old home had several deficiencies including their A/C cooling their attic (not on purpose). With your warranty inspection, deficiencies can be corrected by the builder and not out of your own pocket.
