Our Core Principles:
Fiduciary Care- We understand these home purchases are one of the most expensive commodities people will buy in their lives. For that reason alone, we allow for more time than most to be at the inspection. Your house is not just a job to be done and sent out. You are treated like family. Our reports are very comprehensive and we enjoy a high customer satisfaction rate. This is more important than money.
Technology- We use technology to better understand what’s going on. We have our part 107 with the FAA. This allows us to get to high or dangerous areas to get an eagle eye look. We use a Ziplevel that shows exterior foundation elevations. Moisture meters and infrared to check behind the walls. Sewer cameras to view the drainage. And software that builds a nice beautiful report the customer can easily understand.
Positive Interpersonal Communication- Unlike many other combative companies, we want to provide a positive environment during the home buying process. This means fair and transparent deficiencies. We’re not “failing” 20 year old homes because of trim separation and nail pops. A full assessment is taken into consideration. Our goal is to be fair to the client, the house and to the people organizing the purchase. When one of those people is treated unfairly in the deal, the deal dies and then our clients could be potentially missing a good opportunity. We stay humble yet firm.
Faith Based Principles- It’s not a secret we promote faith. We give a $75 discount to all religious leaders that can be verified with Google. No matter the faith. If you’re helping your community, we’d like to help you. We also have $50 discount for veterans, school board employees, and all first responders. Before jobs, it is common practice for prayer. Not for insecurity reasons, but to add God into the work place. Like was said, we treat people like family. And we pray for our family.
