She started in the business 15 years ago as a Sales Assistant, then to Sales Counselor and then eventually Sales Management. In her years of New Home Sales, she was honored with many Customer Service Awards along with, President’s Club winner for providing excellent customer service and for being a leading example amongst her team members. After realizing her true passion of mentoring and training, she moved into a management role with Taylor Morrison. Most recently, Marissa was involved with the opening of Kissing Tree, San Marcos. She managed the sales team for Brookfield Residential, and created many great relationships amongst the team, and the surrounding city. Marissa has since made the transition into Real Estate, taking her wealth of knowledge in the business to provide her clients with her expertise in their selling and buying needs in Austin/San Marcos/New Braunfels and San Antonio. She prides her self in New Home Construction Knowledge, Lending Knowledge, and Competitive Market Knowledge. Marissa and her family moved to the New Braunfels area 6 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge to share.
