Closing Day!!
Closing is so bitter sweet for me. I always love the relationship I get to build with my clients over the house hunting process, and hate to see it end! I am also so excited to see them happy, and in their dream home though!
I’ve really just enjoyed, so much, working with these two! Our group chats full of meme after meme 🤭, house hunting convos, Tuckers hilarious sense of humor…. It’s been fun! And I believe, won’t end here either 💕 Besides, We’ve got a house warming party next to throw!!

This being their first home with a pool, my basket had to be poolside theme. It’s got a cool bottle chiller with matching cups to keep their drinks icy cold, a bottle of white wine, ice balls to keep their drinks extra refreshing, a floating drink holder/serving tray for poolside lounging, and a shaded pool floaty for their son. And, of course, I couldn’t forget the fun pool toys for him to splash around in. Plus, some pool towels for everyone!
Love making the baskets, love the whole process! Cheers to my clients! Their new home is PERFECT for them, and I can’t wait to see what this next chapter has in store for them in New Braunfels 🙌

Great News! 🏡🎉

This stunning home received multiple offers in just 48 hours, but my amazing clients and I secured the deal! Sharing this exciting news with them last night was truly a highlight of my career. Their joy and gratitude were contagious, and it made my evening unforgettable.

Well, Summer is through, and the kids are back to school! I’m sure many moms, and dads can agree that it can be challenging sometimes having the kiddos home when we all work! especially in the times we live in!
Wanting to give our kids a memorable summer, take them places…. Give them our time. All the extra mess, camps to drive to, friends to pick up/drop off, sports, the list goes on! As much as I’m sure we can all agree we totally enjoy it, it does get tiring! Especially as we approach the next school year; school supplies, school clothes, registration, bed times to implement again, coordinating sports, school buses, lunches…. We are awesome guys! I hope you know that too!

This year I thought it was time for Navarro district to celebrate all those wins, all the time spent doing so much for us kiddos…. And it honestly being pretty tiring some times! Moms spend so much time doing everything for their kiddos, that’s why a first day of school “boohoo breakfast” I think, needed to happen! This year we dropped our kiddos off at school, and headed to Blue Lotus Winery to enjoy a parents only breakfast, and ofcoarse…. Mimosas! We laughed, we made new friends, we shared info and stories and I truly think brought the Navarro ISD community closer 🙂
It was such a pleasure hosting this event for mommas with KBM Lures and Hair by Krystal Youngblood
I for one felt really good after, knowing I helped make it possible for moms to enjoy a much needed break, and time at a place only other adults were at! 😆 it was so fun, and I hope to bring more opportunities and events for all the amazing parents in this community. You all really do deserve to have a fun, carefree day 😊
