If you've ever wondered where a custom home really starts to feel personal... this is it.

Paint colors, wood species, stains, finishes, hardware—so many decisions, but they're also some of the most exciting ones. It's the moment a house begins reflecting the people who will call it home.

Donna loves walking clients through this part of the process, helping narrow down the endless possibilities until everything starts coming together.

And yes... standing in front of a wall full of cabinet samples can be a little overwhelming. But that's why we're here.

Another new home is underway on Canyon Lake.

There's something special about watching a project begin before the sun comes up and seeing it take shape as the day unfolds.

This week, our crew poured the foundation for another custom home overlooking Canyon Lake. Early mornings, long days, plenty of hard work—and views like these that remind us why we love building here.

Every custom home starts with a solid foundation, and we're excited to see this one come to life in the months ahead.

Wallpaper can completely change a room... and this powder bath proves it.

Instead of playing it safe, this space leans into personality. The geometric wallpaper adds texture and movement without overwhelming the room, while the warm wood vanity keeps everything grounded.

The brushed nickel faucet, clean quartz countertop, soft lighting, and that beautiful rounded mirror all work together to let the wallpaper be the star—without competing for attention.

It's a reminder that some of the most memorable spaces in a home aren't always the biggest ones. Sometimes it's the powder bath that ends up getting all the compliments.

Some rooms make you stop for a minute before you even sit down.

This living area has that effect.

The first thing you notice is the wall of glass stretching across the back of the room, pulling those Hill Country views right into the home. Then your eye starts wandering... the stone fireplace, the warm wood flooring, the clean lines, and the way every space flows naturally into the next.

The covered patio isn't tucked away as a separate outdoor space. It's part of the room. Slide the doors open, and suddenly the living room feels twice as big.

This is one of those homes where it's easy to picture a football game on TV, family gathered around the coffee table, dinner cooking in the kitchen, and someone wandering outside to catch the sunset.

That's what we enjoy building most—homes that are beautiful, but even better to live in.

One person is starting dinner, someone else is helping with homework at the table, the game is on by the fireplace, and before long, everyone somehow ends up around the kitchen island.
