Four Rivers Association of REALTORS Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® promotes the use of a REALTOR® in all real estate transactions.

The Four Rivers Association of REALTORS is a 501(c)6 non-profit trade organization. Resulting from a merger in January of 2014, the new Association represents members from the previous New Braunfels/Canyon Lake, San Marcos, and Seguin Boards of REALTORS. Counties represented are Caldwell, Comal, Gonzales, Guadalupe, and Hays.

Today, members of the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® voted in favor of proceeding with the proposed merger with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), with 97% voting YES.

We appreciate the engagement, participation, and thoughtful conversations from our members throughout this process. Today’s vote marks an important step forward as both associations continue working through the merger and due diligence process.

Thank you to our members, volunteer leadership, and staff who have dedicated significant time and effort throughout this process.

The Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® Special Membership Meeting regarding the proposed merger with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27 at 9:00AM.

Eligible members may attend either in person at the Four Rivers office or virtually via Zoom. Registration in comments.

Voting will take place live during the meeting. Both Zoom and in-person attendance count toward quorum requirements.

SABOR members have officially voted YES on the proposed merger with Four Rivers! This is an exciting and important first step toward exploring what a stronger, more connected future could look like for all of our members.

Now it’s our turn, Four Rivers members.
Your vote at next week’s membership meeting, May 27, is critical. A “yes” vote does not finalize the merger; it simply allows both associations to move forward into the full due diligence process to carefully evaluate the opportunity, benefits and long-term impact for our members.

Both associations must approve this next step for the process to continue.
Your voice matters. Your vote matters. Be informed, be engaged and make sure to participate in next weeks meeting, May 27th at 9AM.

Member Update: Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® will hold a Special Membership Meeting on May 27 at 9AM regarding the proposed merger with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR).

Eligible Four Rivers members will vote on the proposed merger during the meeting, which will be available in person at the FRAR office and via Zoom.
