What is Wassailfest?

Welcome to Wassailfest: 101 with Wassail W***y!

🥃 Ever wondered what wassail is?! Wassail is a traditional German holiday beverage consisting of a warm spiced apple drink, with cranberry juice, orange juice and other spices and flavors. It may contain alcohol (leaded) or not (unleaded).

🥃 This year's 29th Annual Wassailfest will feature 40+ traditional Wassail stops serving samples of their wassail! Several non-profit food vendors will be set up on main plaza. Downtown businesses will also be open late for your holiday shopping pleasure. Local school choirs will sing carols at the Main Plaza bandstand. The event is free and open to all!
