Some closings tug on the heart strings for so many reasons! ❤️🏡

I had the privilege of helping not only some of my best friends, but also their son, purchase his very first home.⬅️

This wasn't just a home purchase—it was an investment in his future. Instead of paying rent while attending college, he'll be building equity in a home where he and his roommates will live. I am so impressed with his decision to do this at this age!

One of my favorite parts of this process was watching him be involved every step of the way...oh and of course the long car rides of girl time with my friend (his mom) to go check the house out!

He asked questions, learned the process, reviewed documents, and took ownership of one of the biggest financial decisions of his life. Seeing that level of excitement and responsibility is so inspiring.

Helping friends is always an honor, but helping the next generation take their first step into homeownership is something I'll never take for granted.

Congratulations to all of you! I can't wait to see the memories this house holds over the next few years.
