Should you buy now or wait for rates to drop???
This is one of the biggest questions I’m hearing from buyers right now—and honestly, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer.
The question I want you to ask yourself is:
“What does my life need right now?”
Maybe your family needs more space. Maybe you need a better location, a shorter commute, a different school district, a home office, a bigger backyard, or you’ve simply outgrown your current home.
Those things don’t stop being important because interest rates are higher.
Buying today could mean a higher interest rate, but potentially a better purchase price, less competition, or significant builder incentives.
Waiting could mean the opportunity for a lower rate—but it could also mean higher home prices, more competition, and fewer incentives. And the truth is, none of us knows exactly where rates or home prices will be six months from now.
Instead of trying to perfectly time the market, let’s look at your lifestyle, your financial comfort zone, and what you actually need in a home and community.
The market matters—but your life matters more. ❤️
If you're wondering whether making a move now makes sense for you, I’d be happy to sit down and walk through the numbers without the pressure.
