Her teaching career has allowed her to meet many families and she has been able to react with them in many situations. Because of her work ethic and her dedication, she even received a Teacher of the Year Award. When Dee Ann is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and her grandchildren playing outdoors.In her spare time she loves to work with Habitat for Humanity and her love of children has led her to serve in Matadors at the children’s orphanage. Dee Ann is excited to work with her clients and will do her best to find the right home where happy memories will be made.

If I had one weekend to convince you to hate New Braunfels… I’d probably only need to show you I-35 at 5 PM. 😂

But beyond the traffic? I’d have a pretty hard time making my case. Because loving where you live isn’t about loving every single thing about a city. It’s about finding your version of New Braunfels.

More growth is coming to New Braunfels!

A new 28,000+ square-foot retail center is planned near Elley Lane and Highway 46, adding another commercial development to this growing area of the city.

The project is expected to include four buildings totaling approximately 28,143 square feet, with construction anticipated to begin in November. Tenants have not yet been announced, so we’ll have to stay tuned to see what businesses are coming!

Projects like this are another sign of continued investment and expansion along the Highway 46 corridor, bringing new shopping and services closer to nearby neighborhoods.
