We had an amazing time celebrating our property teams at the Bigos Beacon Awards at Smash Park in Roseville! Silver Lake was recognized for going above and beyond to achieve key performance goals: an incredible accomplishment amidst team changes, portfolio changes, and a shifting market. After the celebration, the Silver Lake team enjoyed some well-deserved fun with games and team time. Congratulations to all who shined this year! 🌟

Stop by between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm at their Grand Avenue location! 🐶 If you bring home a new pet, stop by the leasing office afterwards to start your paperwork—plus, we want to meet our newest residents! ❤️
