Xiomara knows how to find opportunity where other people see problems.
She grew up renting and spent much of her childhood sharing a studio apartment with her family. At just 19 years old, she purchased her first home in New Hope, the same home her parents, sister, and pets still live in today.
That experience lit the fire.
She got licensed in real estate and entered the mortgage industry at the same time. Within two months, she was promoted, began producing, and became the top producer in her office.
She learned how deals actually get financed. Where they fall apart. How to structure them. And how to get creative when the obvious answer is no.
Then she started building for herself.
Today, Xiomara has built a multimillion dollar investment portfolio and averages 10 to 15 flips a year alongside her lifelong partner. After their first flip, he left his engineering career and went all in with her.
Now she spends much of her time sourcing off market opportunities, finding properties that need some vision, and negotiating deals that can create long term wealth.
And when they renovate, they keep the character.
