We’re thrilled to announce that the construction bids for the Concourse Park project are now open, with plans to break ground soon!

Concourse Park is set to be a premier apartment community located at 960 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT. The project will feature nine residential buildings, ranging from three to four stories, with around 400,000 rentable square feet. This will include 402 market-rate units, offering studio, one, two, and three-bedroom options, along with a luxurious 12,000 SF clubhouse.
