Happy snow day to all! We have scheduled parking lot clean-up for both communities for tomorrow at 2:00. ALL vehicles must be cleaned off and ready to move by 1:45; we only have one hours for the plows to get the lots done so we need everyone's cooperation.

I am continuing to monitor; originally snow was predicted to end at 9 and is now forecasted to continue until noon. I want to reassure everyone that plows will keep monitoring the drive and walks and clean up will not be done after the sun goes down due to safety reasons.

I want to assure everyone that the snow removal company and I are in constant contact and as soon as we can schedule a clean up I will be sending out the e-mail.

Parking lots have been maintained as best as possible all night and crews are currently taking a break. Please bear in mind that this has been a hard storm for both public works and for all plow companies to keep up with so while you may not currently see pavement I promise you will later on.

Crews will be back this afternoon for clean-up. I will be sending an e-mail mid-morning once the snow stops to schedule final clean-up which will include instructions on where to move your car.

I ask that you please not call or e-mail the office with questions as it's just me and if I'm answering lots of calls I'm unable to get you that clean up e-mail as soon as possible.

I ask that if you have questions that please post them here so that everyone benefits from the question and answers.

As we all know it's been an unusual year with unemployment continuing to grow and many are experiencing financial hardships. With that in mind we, at Sussman Properties, decided not to do a toy drive instead we are supporting Santa's Angels a local organization helping those in need across the country.

Anyone donating at least $10 will be entered in to a drawing to win $20 off one month's rent.

Another way to help is to drop-off your recyclable soda/water bottles and cans; we’ll do the hard/dirty work of putting them through the machines. Bags of cans and bottles can be left in the 2086 lobby between 6:30 am and 9:00 am Monday through Friday or left next to the office door during those times.

A big thank you goes out to anyone making a donation!

Santa’s Angels is a Christmas program within the resource group, Grateful Solutions, to help families in need with Christmas toys and clothing for their children. Struggling families who qualify for this program, will receive a sponsor who will help their family with Chrsitmas gifts for their

Previous property management and Yardi Genesis experience is a must. Willing to train the right candidate who does not have management experience but has a positive attitude, desire to learn and the ability to multi-task.
