The calm before the storm

Tomorrow we start full gut renovations of two more houses in New Brunswick. Both on the same block. Two new clients. More people are starting to understand my mission. Rejuvenate these old houses and bring them back to life. Brand new inside. It is not easy. Did you know we have done six houses on just this one street in New Brunswick in the last five years? You are welcome to drive down the entire street of maybe 100+ homes and see how many other houses have been touched in that time. One house did siding. Maybe a few porches got painted. That’s it. Everyone else does the bare minimum and it shows.

I make this post because I have dedicated my life, making New Brunswick a better place. However, I will tell you guys not everyone out there Roots for me. Not everyone out There wants to see me succeed. The moment something does not go Perfect. I get the knives that come out against me. Sadly, people want to get you for some reason.

it is incredibly frustrating because I am the only one who really does this. I have rejuvenated dozens of homes here and built several more. We all need to work together and support each other if we want neighborhoods to improve.
