If you’re waiting for home prices to come down, I have bad news for you.
Despite what you may read on the news or hear from family members, there are NO signs of the market “crashing” any time soon.
If anything, I think the recent decrease in interest rates will only drive prices up higher.
Lower rates = more buyers in the market = more competition = higher prices.
It’s simple supply and demand.
