As we're preparing to celebrate the Christmas holiday, there's one thing in particular we have to be thankful for...a place to call home.

This holiday season, give a little bit of comfort to a child in shelter and help a family remain housed in the process. This week I had the pleasure of being able to volunteer with the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors in their annual Homeful for the Holidays event for the CT Coalition to End Homelessness! Each year NHMR collects donations for this organization and donates, and for every $25 donation, we have been able to provide a Paddington bear, book or blankie to a child living in a local shelter for the holidays.
