It was such a great turnout, and seeing all the smiling faces and excitement made the day extra special.

TEAMWORK! Even during extreme weather, our communities stay running thanks to preparation and teamwork. We experienced only a couple of minor pipe issues (none inside homes) and our on-site teams responded quickly to keep everything operating smoothly.

We work hard to keep residents informed through written notices, email, and social media, and when challenges arise, our team is always ready to step in. The result? Fast response, minimal disruption, and a community you can count on.

PS - we'll be ready for round two this weekend. Stay warm, Stay bundled!

Please continue to run your water(dripping your water will not be enough, it needs to be a steady stream about the width of a pencil) in the bathroom and kitchen until 12 PM today when temperatures are finally expected to rise above freezing 🥶.
