We found a gorgeous home in Rice Military that gave them Downtown views and the additional room they needed. Let’s not forget to mention the location of this home cut both of their commutes to work. We know how impactful that is in Houston!

After inspections, we leaned heavily on negotiating deferred maintenance repairs and came to terms with the Seller agreeing to make the desired repairs prior to closing. We closely monitored progress to ensure repairs were done to my Buyers expectations.
